I have been looking for cheap real estate to invest in because I figure at some time house prices have to go back to normal. I want to find a cheap house for myself too, and then I plan on renting out the one that I own now because I do not want to sell it for less than half of what I bought it for, and that is what would happen if I sold it right now.
